The Fremont Hotel Casino is undergoing renovations that wrap up this year. Boyd is counting on the FanDuel Sportsbook entrance being part of the plan. The company owns a small portion (5%) of FanDuel so expansion/renovation might make sense.
Boyd has 10 casinos throughout Las Vegas but The Fremont was listed at first. The downtown casino resort is the crown jewel and the most named. The renovation is part of the grand scheme.
FanDuel Makes Its Way in the Nevada Sports Betting Scene
