Kleberson Exclusive: Silva would be a great addition to Inter Miami

Ahead of the MLS Playoffs, we’ve spoken to former Manchester United and Brazil midfielder, and current Philadelphia Union youth coach, José Kleberson. He shared his thoughts on Philadelphia Union’s playoff match against the New York Red Bulls, David Silva being a great addition for Inter Miami and how Christian Pulisic needs more time to perform in England.

Kleberson Exclusive: Pulisic needs the time to perform but will deliver in England

He (Pulisic) is a big name coming from the US. Everyone in America is saying that they want to see him play and he did well in Germany with Borussia Dortmund. With a new manager and location, he needs to have the time to adapt to a whole new style of play. He has not had the best of starts but he can improve; if he has more time and minutes playing, he will be better. He is a quality player and needs the time to play.

Kleberson Exclusive: Almiron’s form has been disappointing, he puts too much pressure on himself

It is not great. He (Almiron) is a very talented player and has a lot of quality, but he is putting too much pressure on himself which makes it very hard for him when he steps onto the pitch.

Kleberson Exclusive: Silva would be a great addition to Inter Miami

Silva is a great player and is a big name in the Premier League. David Beckham is doing great things in Miami and everyone in Florida is excited. If he can bring big names in, that will bring more fans in to watch football and will bring a lot of experience into the league.

Kleberson Exclusive: Anything could happen against Red Bulls, the fans will be important

We had a great season and we were top of the table for a long time. Teams like Atlanta and LAFC started to win more games and climb the table. With Union vs Red Bulls, you never know what could happen, either team could win. With Philadelphia Union playing at home, I hope the fans can help the team win the game.
